About Organization ID

The Organization ID will be e-mailed to the representative of the trocco account.
The e-mail address of the representative that will be notified is as follows.

  • If you have a paid account:
    • The e-mail address provided in the User Information section of the trocco Order Form

The Organization ID will be sent to each user through the representative.
Please wait for the representative to contact you.
If we are unable to send the notification e-mail to the representative mentioned above, we will consider another person in charge as the representative and resend the notification e-mail.

If you don't know your Organization ID

Please contact the above representative first.

If the representative is unknown, please contact our Customer Success team and we will let you know which representative we shared your Organization ID with.

Logging in using SSO

If you use SSO to login to trocco, you do not need to enter your Organization ID.
You can use SSO as before without having to change the settings on the IdP side.

Notes on Organization IDs

The Organization ID cannot be changed.
