    How to check the URL

    1. Log in to Zendesk.
    2. If the URL when you log in is something like https://sample.zendesk.com/~, enter https://sample.zendesk.com/api/v2 in the URL for the connection information.

    Configure to use Zendesk Support's API

    1. Go to Zendesk Support.
