Maintenance with Downtime

Summary

Effective date

The content of this page is effective from December 1, 2024.

This page describes maintenance with downtime for TROCCO/COMETA.
Two types of maintenance are defined: maintenance performed within the maintenance window and emergency maintenance.

Jobs scheduled to run during maintenance will be executed sequentially after maintenance is completed. Jobs that were running prior to the start of maintenance will be paused and attempted to resume after maintenance is complete, but this may result in an error. Please understand that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.

What is a maintenance window?

Refers to a pre-scheduled period of time to perform maintenance and management work on a system or service. During this period, services will be temporarily suspended as maintenance work is performed on the service, including updates and fixes to the service and infrastructure.
