Zendesk Support의 연결 정보를 설정하는 도움말 페이지입니다.

URL 확인 방법

  1. Zendesk에 로그인합니다.
  2. 로그인 시 URL이 https://sample.zendesk.com/~와 같은 경우, 접속 정보 URL에 https://sample.zendesk.com/api/v2 을 입력합니다.

Zendesk Support의 API를 사용하기 위한 설정

  1. Zendesk Support로 이동합니다.
