if custom columns are added

If you add custom columns, you must edit ETL Configuration and perform Automatic Data Setting.
Select "Execute Automatic Data Setting" on the screen that appears when moving from STEP1 to STEP2 of the Edit ETL Configuration screen, and save it.

In addition to the above, the schema on the Data Destination service must also be changed.
For some Data Destination Connectors, TROCCO supports a function that automatically modifies the schema of the Data Destination Connector's table to resolve Incremental Data Transfer schema differences.

Setting items

STEP1 Basic settings

To register Connection Configuration, please set up the credentials that Customer Success will send you.
log type Yes - Select Event Log or Page View Log.
sight Yes - Specify the site where the TROCCO Web Activity Log Collection SDK is already installed.
If you do not see your choice, please contact Customer Success.
Transfer Method Yes Incremental Data Transfer Select either Transfer or Incremental Data Transfer by****specifying the period of time.
For more information on Incremental Data Transfer, see Incremental Data Transfer Function.
Data acquisition period - - You can enter this information if you choose to transfer the data by specifying a period of time.
Enter the start and end dates in YYYYY-MM-DD format and specify the period for which data will be retrieved.
If not entered, data for the entire period will be retrieved.
Whether to continue the transfer if the file does not exist in the specified path. Yes Continue transfer Select whether or not you want the transfer to continue if the file to be transferred is not found.
Depending on the selection of this item, the job status after the job is completed will also differ.
  • Continue transfer
    • The ETL Job continues.
    • Unless the ETL Job fails due to other factors, the Job status will be Succeeded after the ETL Job is completed.
  • Abort transfer and make an error
    • The ETL Job is aborted.
    • After the ETL Job is completed, the Job Status will be Error.
